You'll go through an initial interview with our leadership team (bring your real self, not your resume voice), and then we'll match you to engagements based on your vibe, strengths, and the client's needs. If it’s not a good fit, we won’t force it. We’re here to set you—and the client—up for success, not stress. -
This one’s not negotiable.
We expect all team members to complete the free QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification within their first 30 days. It’s not about letters on your LinkedIn. It’s about speaking the same language and having the tools to serve our clients with confidence. -
You’ll be running with sensitive client data and some Smart SAAS secret sauce.
We’ll need your signature on:A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect client and company confidentiality
An Independent Contractor Agreement that outlines how we roll, what’s expected, and how we pay you for being the rockstar you are
This ensures clarity, protection, and zero surprises—for you and us.
